I love Dr. Matthews. She is very professional, very caring, and very thorough. Her receptionist is absolutely wonderful too. She is so caring and so helpful. I would recommend them to anyone that needs hearing aids. You will get the service you expect and Dr. Matthews will make sure everything is perfect before you leave. She follows up with you until she feels that she has done everything that needs to be done and that you are totally happy with your hearing aids and that they are working the way they should be.
